The Camp Zama Dental Clinic provides general dentistry services. Limited specialty services are provided. Qualified referrals are submitted to either Yokota or Yokosuka sister services.

Please call the Front Desk at DSN 315-263-4603 or 046-407-4603 to make an appointment. After hours please call 090-3537-9577 for emergency care only.

Eligibility

The Camp Zama Dental Clinic’s priority of care is for the Active Duty and their family members. Retirees and other civilian personnel are provided emergency/stabilization treatment only.  Other care is on a space available basis.

Sick Call

Please report to sick call from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for an evaluation.
