The Camp Zama Dental Clinic provides general dentistry services. Specialty care services are referred to either Yokota AFB or USN Yokosuka.

Eligibility

Priority of care is Active-Duty with limited Space-A availability for family members. Retirees are provided emergency/stabilization treatment only.

How to Make an Appointment

Please call the Front Desk at DSN 315-263-4603 or 046-407-4603 to make an appointment. After hours please call 090-3537-9577 for emergency care only.

Sick Call Hours 

Morning 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and afternoon (except Thursday) 12:30 p.m. to 13:30 p.m.
